While thousands were dying from the Coronavirus and looking to President Trump for leadership, celebrities were arranging a private zoom call with Dr. Fauci. The purpose of the call organized by Kim Kardashian was to ask questions from America’s leading expert on infectious disease, receive his answers, and then relay them to their fans. Yes. You read that correctly. Katy Perry, Kim Kardashian, Gwyneth Paltrow, Mila Kunis and more were picking Dr. Fauci’s brain in order to relay messages to everyday citizens as the Trump administration failed to come up with a federal plan or nationwide strategy to keep citizens safe.
Nearly 60,000 people died from the deadly COVID-19 virus in April 2020 and many people disagreed on important precuations that should be takens such as wearing face masks and social distancing. To date, approixmately 245,000 people have died from the Coronavirus in the United States.
Dr. Fauci stated the following to CNN.
It was a whole bunch of movie stars and some sports figures and they wanted to know about what they could do to stay safe, about wearing masks and avoiding crowds, I was impressed by the questions they asked, by their level of sophistication.

Not everyone feels that Kim Kardashian was the best person to organize the phone call. Since the revelation has been made that Kim Kardashian initatied the celebrity COVID Q&A, some are calling Kim a hypocrite for throwing a lavish birthday bash where people weren’t wearing face masks.
They are also slamming Kendall Jenner for her Halloween/birthday party photos surfaced showing some guests without face masks and defying social distancing guidelines.
Kim Kardashian’s zoom call with Dr. Fauci occurred shortly after her own sister, Khloe Kardashian was diagnosed with the novel virus.
